In order to use this Site, your business must submit an application to Gallery Marketing Group via fax at 800-634-6345 and provide contact, credit and other information that we need in order to determine if you qualify as a dealer, and to process your orders. This includes company name, postal address of your retail store(s), email address(es), telephone number(s), billing information and names of your contact personnel. If we accept your application, we will open a shopping account for your business and assign you one or more unique user names and passwords that your personnel can use to log onto our site. Once logged on, all of the order information that your personnel transmit to us will be collected and associated with your company's account.
How We Use Your Information
The information that you provide to us when you register and when you place orders will be used by us to fulfill your orders, collect payment, and in other manners customary in the industry. We will make certain information about your orders (both historic and pending) available to you online. We will respond to your requests for information. We will send you emails concerning receipt of your orders, shipment of your orders, and changes in the expected shipment dates. You cannot opt out of receiving these transactional emails. We will also use your information to send you emails and literature concerning products and promotions that we believe may be of interest to you. You can opt out of receiving such promotional emails if you prefer. If we ask you to respond to surveys about our Web site or services, the information you submit will be used to improve our performance and enhance our Web site.

If your order is paid via credit card, we will share such information with a representative of your credit card issuer as is necessary to obtain approval of the order. Your approved order information will be provided to our warehouse so that it can pack and ship your orders as you have directed. Delivery information (name, address, and when required, telephone number) will be provided to the shipper you have chosen for the respective order. If we are not paid, the relevant transaction and other information will be provided to our collection agency.
